Mental Health Therapist Supervisor

Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise developing counselors, therapists, and clinical professionals
• Provide guidance on casework, documentation, treatment planning, and ethics
• Help supervisees build confidence and clinical consistency
• Follow Connecticut supervision requirements
• Maintain organized supervision communication and records

Requirements

• Active Connecticut clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LCSW
• Must be qualified to provide supervision under Connecticut board requirements
• Clinical supervision experience preferred
