Grade 4 £31,611 to £33,987 per annum A fantastic opportunity to join the Havering Social Care Academy Team! The Havering Social Care Academy (HSCA) supports the learning, development and professional growth of the Adult’s & Children’s social care workforce across the London Borough of Havering. The team is responsible for commissioning, coordinating and evaluating training programmes, maintaining learning records and systems, and supporting a wide range of workforce development initiatives.

Through its work, the Academy plays a key role in developing a skilled and confident workforce by providing high-quality learning opportunities that support professional growth, strengthen practice, support service improvement, and enhance outcomes for adults, children, young people and families in Havering.
