Project Manager, Learning Solutions (Contract) | Onsite - Noida or Pune, India | Open to India-based candidates only

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a 5-month eLearning and video development project. You'll own the project plan and schedule, coordinate across instructional design, SME, media, and QA teams, and keep the client, stakeholders, and your own team aligned from kickoff through closure.

What You'll Do

• ● Own the full project lifecycle, from kickoff through delivery and closure
• ● Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies in Microsoft Project
• ● Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
• ● Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders
• ● Coordinate across instructional design, SME, media, QA, and delivery teams; run status meetings and manage follow-ups
• ● Plan and allocate resources, spot risks early, and resolve delivery bottlenecks before they become problems
• ● Provide regular status reports, forecasts, and variance analysis, and support review cycles through to final sign-off
