If you like short paths to decisions, real impact, and working on electronics and embedded systems that matter, we'd love to meet you. 1 ML Engineer - Medical Imaging (f/m/x) ¿ What you'll work on: * Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex challenges in image analysis and pattern recognition * Build and maintain a robust annotation workflow to support high-quality training data * Develop and manage scalable data pipelines in cloud-based environments * Collaborate with backend and web developers to integrate and visualize model outputs * Continuously monitor and optimize models to ensure high performance and scalability * Work closely with cross-functional teams-including R&D, medical experts, and product management-to guide algorithm selection and expand a high-quality dataset * Document your work, communicate insights, and contribute to our internal knowledge base * Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and proactively apply relevant innovations ¿ What you bring: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field or equivalent professional experience * Proven experience in machine learning, data analysis, and software development, ideally within a medical or health-tech context * Solid hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow * Familiarity with image data and experience with annotation tools and workflows * Proficient in Python and commonly used scientific libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib) * Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Professional-level English proficiency ¿ Why join us? * We're building embedded tech that could reshape how preventive care is delivered-starting with smarter dental diagnostics * Your work directly shapes the product and the company * Located at Rennweg-easy to reach by public transport ¿ Sounds like a fit?
