Because at Lam, we believe that when people are the priority and they re inspired to unleash the power of innovation for a better world together, anything is possible. 1 Business Operations Analyst (all genders) LOCATION: Villach, AT, 9500 REQ ID: 201745 WHAT YOU WILL DO * Define, validate, and align technical requirements with the Account Teams, Sales Operations, and customers to ensure clear scope, feasibility, and customer fit. * Develop Spin Clean configuration documents and prepare accurate quotes in accordance with the approved Product Option Architecture (POA). * Create, maintain, and continuously update POAs for assigned products to reflect current product strategy, pricing assumptions, and customer requirements. * Create new machine Non Standard Requests and link them to the appropriate product configurations to ensure traceability and process compliance. * Develop evaluation configurations and coordinate alignment with Engineering, Process Engineering and Product Management to support technical validation and customer evaluation activities. * Analyze and optimize product configurations to reduce costs, improve commercial competitiveness, and maximize profitability. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience (Graduate of a higher technical college in mechanical/electrical/mechatronic engineering (HTL)) * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English * Ability to establish successful relationships in a multicultural environment with external and internal customers * Entrepreneurial mindset / hands-on mentality * Previous work experience in a comparable position * Work experience in Semiconductor Equipment Industry preferable * Technical knowledge of Lam Spin Clean product portfolio or similar products preferable WHAT WE ARE OFFERING This position will be occupied in Villach. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
