About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Retail Projects Manager to lead and manage Retail Projects, Furnishing Projects, and the Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes (KDW) business category. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing project execution, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving business profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability for Retail Projects, Furnishing Projects, and KDW categories.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong engagement with existing customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Supply Chain, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, installation schedules, and issue resolution to deliver superior customer experiences.
- Prepare annual budgets, track expenditures, and analyze performance against financial targets.
- Review category performance and implement initiatives to improve sales, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and project management standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while building future leadership capabilities.
- Utilize SAP, IMOS, and related systems to monitor project performance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular sales, project, and operational reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail projects, furnishing projects, furniture, interiors, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, or construction-related industries.
- Strong understanding of project management, sales operations, and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
