About This Job

The Field Sales is responsible for concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products and services within a defined area of responsibility (e. g. geographical, group of customer, industry or product group etc.). Working with the support of the line manager or another experienced field sales person.

• Handle regular inquiries and reply customer on time.
• Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers to confirm demand.
• Nurture Market Qualified Leads and convert them to orders.
• Develop and actively follow up complex and value quotes.
• Promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
• Proactive looking for upselling opportunities.
• Use all the tools and systems which is relevant business process. (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Power BI and Office, etc.)
• Develop and execute sales plans and business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business
