- 制定全行數位科技發展策略與治理框架，確保技術發展方向與業務目標對齊
- 建立技術與產品能力體系，推動創新技術轉化為可規模化產品
- 帶領團隊進行各項數位專案規劃與執行，確保所有項目按時完成並達到預期成效。驅動跨部門創新專案落地，加速數位轉型與業務成長
- 確保數位化業務推展過程符合相關法令規範
