The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: \* Manage and supervise all station activities to ensure smooth operations. \* Coordinate with staff to maintain safety, security, and service quality. \* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. \* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. \* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Requirements: \* Proven experience in station or facility management, very good Englisch needed \* Excellent leadership and communication skills. \* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. \* Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
