Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

Perficient is hiring for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, needs to be in- office 2 days a week located in Plano, TX.

This isn't a "post and wait" recruiting job. We need someone who goes out and finds the right people, not someone who manages a queue of inbound applicants and hopes for the best.

You'll be dedicated full-time to the Salesforce practice, primarily hiring Salesforce Solution Architects, with additional searches for consultants, developers, and practice leaders. You'll work side by side with the practice, not at a distance from it: 1-on-1s, recruiting meetings, staffing meetings, and standups are part of your week, not occasional check-ins. You'll also shadow live client calls, so you understand firsthand the specific roles, skill sets, and soft skills we're actually looking for, not just what's written on a job req.
