We are currently seeking to fill the following position at St Christopher's Inn Vienna. 3 Receptionist (f/m/x) Full-time (40 hours per week) About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to fill the role of Hostel Receptionist. This position is catering to our guests' needs while ensuring they have a fantastic time during their stay. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs. * Provide detailed information about hostel facilities, local attractions, and events. * Handle reservations and guest inquiries professionally and promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and communal spaces.
