Engagement Lead

At M&S, colleague voice matters. We’re looking for an inspiring and insight-led Engagement Lead to shape and deliver our colleague engagement strategy across the business, helping us build a high-performing, customer-first culture where colleagues feel listened to, valued and empowered to make a difference. In this role, you’ll turn data, feedback and colleague sentiment into meaningful action, working closely with senior leaders, People teams, Centres of Expertise, Internal Communications and external partners to drive positive change across M&S.
