Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist on processing/ checking the account opening documentation
• Handle phone/ internet banking creation and maintenance
• Process cheque book request
• Handle customer information update and customer profile creation
• Ensure the instructions coming from business unit are timely and properly updated into relevant systems
• Take up ad-hoc task as assigned
• Perform general clerical duties

Requirements

• Secondary education or above is preferred
• With at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Banking Operations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Prudent and attentive to details
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
