We are searching as per immediate effect for 2 International Pastry Sous Chef (m/f/x) - Formula 1 Job Description * Creation and implementation of high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele * On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club® * Ensuring our quality and service standards * Collaboration with operations and service teams * Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts Off-season / Race Break: * Role as a Pastry Chef in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna Qualifications * High level of creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a pastry chef * Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy * Valid work permit for Austria * Structured working style and strong leadership skills * Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally * Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage * Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently Additional Information * We offer a gross monthly salary of €4.000,- plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events * An exciting combination of international event operations and traditional restaurant work * The opportunity to become part of the exclusive world of Formula 1 * Working with a high-profile, international clientele * Long-term prospects within an internationally operating company * Attractive, above-average compensation including travel expenses and allowances * International career opportunities within DO & CO Application link: Das Mindestentgelt für die Stellen als International Pastry Sous Chef (m/f/x) - Formula 1 beträgt 4.000,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
