About The Role

At Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare , we’re dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services that empower our residents to recover, thrive, and live well. We’re currently looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic therapy team. This is a great role for a clinician who enjoys helping adults improve strength, mobility, and overall function in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete PT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy to improve balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility
  • Modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical judgment
  • Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and home strategies
  • Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with PTAs and partner with the interdisciplinary team

What You Bring

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Washington PT license (or eligibility)
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  • SNF, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred—but not required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licenses/Certification

  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
  • Current CPR certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
