Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third-party logistics provider (3PL) offering customized supply chain solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings for customers across North America.

Our operation in Lake Orion, MI supports General Motors' manufacturing operations , providing production support, sequencing, material flow, and inventory management services. We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive performance, and support the success of our GM customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise hourly associates during assigned shifts to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance while enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to meet operational and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow while resolving day-to-day operational issues.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support workflow, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Complete daily reporting on labor, production, and operational performance while maintaining an organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced operation.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, along with a strong work ethic and career-oriented mindset.
