Proposal Manager Space (m/f)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS: • Lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for commercial bids and ESA tenders (RFI, RFQ, ITT) • Develop clear, compelling, and compliant proposal documents • Analyze tender requirements and define effective bid strategies • Ensure alignment between technical solutions, schedules, cost models, and risk assessments • Manage timelines, milestones, and submission deadlines • Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions • Continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and best practices • Degree in Engineering, Business, Aerospace, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years' experience in proposal or bid management within a technical environment (ideally space, telecommunications, or high-tech industries) • Hands-on experience with ESA tendering processes (e.g. ITTs, EMITS) and commercial RFQs/RFIs • Experience working with consortia and international partners • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive narratives • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel bids • Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus • Strategic thinking with a strong sense for winning proposal strategies • Proactive, results-driven mindset • Ability to perform under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Interest in developments in the space sector Wir suchen VERSTÄRKUNG für unser Team in Echternach To support our team we are looking for a Proposal Manager Space (M/F/D) We are looking for REINFORCEMENT for our team in ECHTERNACH Please send your complete application and your earliest available start date to: EURO-COMPOSITES® S.à r.l.
