Junior Demand Planner (m/f)

Mission

• Support the implementation of standardized forecasting approaches, using Machine Learning models as a baseline
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and commercial teams to align demand forecasts with market assumptions
• Assist in monthly demand planning cycles, helping to develop a 18–24 month outlook
• Participate in forecast accuracy tracking and root cause investigations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning tools and processes
• Learn and apply tools such as Excel, Power BI, and forecasting systems
• Gain exposure to strategic alignment between demand planning, customer insights, and business strategy

Profile

• A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Data Science, or a related field
• First professional experience through internships or early-
• career roles
• Strong interest in forecasting, Machine Learning, and data-
• driven business planning
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong
• attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI,
• Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Experience with Python is an advantage
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a
• fast-paced, cross-functional environment
