Thai Food Truck Chef (Palmy Thai Food Truck)

• Palmy Thai Food Truck, located at Camping Du Nord in Luxembourg, is looking for a motivated team member to prepare authentic Thai meals for our campsite guests.
• You will be part of a friendly and welcoming team and will work together with an experienced Thai Head Chef, who speaks Thai, making communication and training easy.
• This is a seasonal position for a minimum period of 6 months, with a minimum of 35 working hours per week.

Main responsibilities

• Preparing authentic Thai meals according to our recipes.
• Preparing ingredients and completing daily mise en place.
• Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Managing stock and informing the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Working efficiently during busy service periods and contributing to a positive experience for our guests.
