How you'll contribute to our success

Centralise, analyse and document technical issues; produce and maintain procedures and documentation with a rigorous methodology.

Provide daily assistance to internal users on transversal applications in a hybrid Windows/Linux environment - handling incidents and service requests for applications running on-premises or in the cloud.

Diagnose and resolve application incidents (log analysis, service restarts, configuration files).

Prioritise, escalate incidents and coordinate with other IT teams - in accordance with SLA guidelines.

Participate in projects to implement new solutions for the firm.

Your skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational IT team (support / production / operations).
  • Hands-on experience in application support and troubleshooting (logs, services, configuration).
  • Experience supporting applications running on premises and in the cloud.
  • Experience working with both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management).
  • Curious, flexible, and rigorous, with a strong team spirit and comfortable working independently.
  • Proactive, able to drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail, stress resilient, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving
  • Windows Server administration (including IIS 10 administration and hardening, Windows Services and schedule task, event monitoring).
  • Linux / RHEL fundamentals (navigation, system services, logs, permissions).
  • Basic SQL knowledge for querying and troubleshooting.
  • English and French: mandatory (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Experience with containerisation tools such as Podman and/or Docker.
  • Awareness of CI/CD practices and tools (preferably Azure DevOps).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and awareness of AI-related technologies.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Bash).
  • NGINX fundamentals (basic configuration and troubleshooting).
  • Understanding of security standards and best practices.
