How you'll contribute to our success
Centralise, analyse and document technical issues; produce and maintain procedures and documentation with a rigorous methodology.
Provide daily assistance to internal users on transversal applications in a hybrid Windows/Linux environment - handling incidents and service requests for applications running on-premises or in the cloud.
Diagnose and resolve application incidents (log analysis, service restarts, configuration files).
Prioritise, escalate incidents and coordinate with other IT teams - in accordance with SLA guidelines.
Participate in projects to implement new solutions for the firm.
Your skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational IT team (support / production / operations).
- Hands-on experience in application support and troubleshooting (logs, services, configuration).
- Experience supporting applications running on premises and in the cloud.
- Experience working with both Windows and Linux environments.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management).
- Curious, flexible, and rigorous, with a strong team spirit and comfortable working independently.
- Proactive, able to drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail, stress resilient, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving
- Windows Server administration (including IIS 10 administration and hardening, Windows Services and schedule task, event monitoring).
- Linux / RHEL fundamentals (navigation, system services, logs, permissions).
- Basic SQL knowledge for querying and troubleshooting.
- English and French: mandatory (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Experience with containerisation tools such as Podman and/or Docker.
- Awareness of CI/CD practices and tools (preferably Azure DevOps).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and awareness of AI-related technologies.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Bash).
- NGINX fundamentals (basic configuration and troubleshooting).
- Understanding of security standards and best practices.
