Emplay S.A.R.L is looking for a Director of Luxembourg operations to manage local clients.

The Work You'll Do

As a Director of the company, you will work with industry leaders to develop and implement innovative solutions that help clients address complex profitability and financial analytics challenges using AI and SAP solutions.

Your scope of work will include

Client Engagement: Lead client engagements to solve complex business challenges.

Data Analysis: Manage and analyze structured/unstructured data and visualize insights for decision support using Emplay's AI Studio and SAP SAC

PaPM: Drive SAP PaPM and analytics to deliver strategic business insights.

Profitability and Costing: Lead the design and implementation of profitability and costing methodologies and use AI to automate processes.

Predictive Planning: Have strong skills in dashboard development, planning models, predictive analytics, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring actionable insights and enterprise-wide reporting

Development and Deployment: Steer the development and deployment of technology-driven solutions.

Company Operations: You will manage Emplay's day to day finance, legal, and people operations.

The Team

Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes.

Our Business Finance offering helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our clients deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Our Profitability, Costing, and Allocations team partners with clients to optimize financial processes. We deliver actionable insights and technology-driven solutions that enhance transparency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

Required

• Career Experience: 15+ years' experience in profitability reporting, costing, allocations, and planning.
• Data Analytics: 10+ years' experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data sets from multiple sources.
• Modeling: 10+ years' experience in building cost/profitability models and leveraging specialized solutions.
• Technology: 15+ years' experience working in the SAP FICO, SAP PAPM, SAP SAC.
• AI: Understanding of AI based automation methods using Emplay's AI solution.
• Management: MBA in Finance with international experience.

Preferred

Analytical Tools, Applications, and Programming Languages: 2+ years' experience using a variety of analytics tools and programming languages e.g., Microsoft SQL Server; CostPerform, SAP FICO, SAP PAPM, SAP SAC , Anaplan; Hadoop, Hive; Python, Mahout; SASS, Tableau, Power BI, Emplay's Zinger Agent Studio.

Sales Activities: 5 + years' experience with pre-sales, proposals, and RFP activities.

Mentorship: 5+ years' experience mentoring and coaching junior staff.

Education: STEM based master's degree from an accredited university.
