About The Role

The Construction Finance Department is in charge of ensuring the right forecast regarding volume, profitability and cash flow. As being a Business Partner we are improving transparency and support decision making with creating insights in order to get the most value for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Finance Business Partner for Construction stakeholders, providing financial insights and decision support
  • Deliver management, departmental, and ad hoc reporting, including performance reviews and variance analysis
  • Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, labor cost analysis, and FTE planning
  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage month-end close activities, including accruals, cost validation, and budget monitoring
  • Maintain cost center structures, allocations, and financial governance while supporting audit activities
  • Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and implementation of FCC guidelines
  • Collaborate with Regional and Group Finance to ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Controlling, or FP&A
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and month-end close processes
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders and supporting operational decision-making
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, German language knowledge is an advantage
