What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from hourly production to professional staff.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) interviews and support clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
• Represent Dempsey at job fairs, community events, and other outreach activities.
• Prepare and manage all new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and lead new hire orientations, ensuring a welcoming and consistent onboarding experience.

What You'll Bring

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across teams.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools.
