About The Role
💜 ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a key role within our Nuclear Medicine department, working across multiple Sunshine Coast sites including SCUPH, Maroochydore, Caloundra and Noosa. You will be responsible for: Performing high-quality Nuclear Medicine and PET examinations Radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures Maintaining best practice radiation safety standards Supporting and mentoring junior staff and graduates Delivering exceptional patient-centred care Working collaboratively with Radiologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams This role offers exposure across both hospital and private practice environments with a broad and interesting caseload.
🙋♀️ ABOUT YOU
✔ Current AHPRA registration and relevant Nuclear Medicine qualifications
✔ Demonstrated experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging
✔ Strong knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance procedures
✔ Excellent communication and patient care skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
✔ Passion for mentoring and supporting junior technologists
✔ Australian working rights
