💜 ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Locum Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a key role within our Nuclear Medicine department, working solo at our clinic based at Rockhampton Base Hospital. We are flexible with dates and duration – (4 weeks minimum ideally).

You will be responsible for

• Performing high-quality Nuclear Medicine
• Radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures
• Maintaining best practice radiation safety standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff and graduates
• Delivering exceptional patient-centred care
• Working collaboratively with Radiologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams

• 🙋‍♀️ ABOUT YOU
• ✔ Current AHPRA registration and relevant Nuclear Medicine qualifications
• ✔ Demonstrated experience in Nuclear Medicine
• ✔ Strong knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance procedures
• ✔ Excellent communication and patient care skills
• ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• ✔ Passion for mentoring and supporting junior technologists
• ✔ Australian working rights
