Manager, Balance Sheet Management

This role leads a team of 15 to 18 professionals and is responsible for the monthly oversight of balance sheet reconciliations for approximately 20 hospitals. Operating within a centralized shared services environment, the team supports more than 80 acute care hospitals across the organization. A strong focus on process improvement, standardization, automation, and scalable operating practices is essential to success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess solid intermediate Excel skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a willingness to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
