Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-10638 Real Estate Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant - Junior/Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The client is a property owner seeking a part-time Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant to manage cold outreach efforts to property owners, landowners, and contractors.

The goal is to outsource outbound sales and project coordination outreach so the client does not need to hire a full-time in-house employee.

The VA will focus heavily on cold calling using a sales dialer and will also be responsible for drafting follow-up emails after each call to maintain consistent communication and nurture potential opportunities.

This role is predominantly outbound sales and relationship initiation, requiring confidence, professionalism, and persistence.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks

Cold Outreach & Sales Calling

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, landowners, and contractors
  • Use a sales dialer system to manage call volume efficiently
  • Introduce services confidently and professionally
  • Identify potential interest or opportunities
  • Overcome objections and maintain composure during cold outreach
  • Maintain daily call targets and activity levels

Email Follow-Ups & Lead Nurturing

  • Draft customized follow-up emails after each call
  • Reinforce the value proposition discussed during outreach
  • Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-up sequences
  • Track responses and schedule follow-up calls as needed

Lead Tracking & Reporting

Log call outcomes and notes in CRM or tracking sheets

Maintain organized documentation of prospects contacted

Provide weekly activity summaries (calls made, conversations, follow-ups sent, interested leads)

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements

  • 2+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
  • Strong experience using a sales dialer (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native accent required – Level A/B)
  • Confident and persuasive phone presence
  • Strong email writing skills for professional follow-ups
  • Experience working with property owners, contractors, or real estate prospects (preferred)
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent outreach activity
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented

APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE / REQUIRED TOOLS

Dialing System: Sales dialer (client-provided)

Communication: Gmail / Google Workspace

Tracking: Google Sheets or CRM

Optional: Experience with real estate CRMs is a plus

Work Schedule

Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours

Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday

Daily Working Time: Flexible within standard EST business hours

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
