What You’ll Own

  • You will be at the center of operations, driving performance through data, automation, and insight.
  • Build and scale reporting systems that directly influence business decisions
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts into high-performing, accountable operators
  • Identify inefficiencies across workflows and eliminate manual work through automation
  • Own productivity insights across the business (utilization, attendance, output)
  • Design dashboards that don’t just display data — but drive action
  • Introduce and implement AI-driven reporting and predictive insights
  • Turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance at scale

What You Need to Win

  • We’re looking for someone who combines technical ability, leadership, and business thinking.
  • 3–5+ years in Reporting, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
  • 2-5 years leading a team and driving performance

Advanced proficiency in

Excel / Google Sheets

  • Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Experience building automations (Zapier, scripts, workflows, integrations)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate data into business decisions and strategy
  • High attention to detail with a bias for accuracy and efficiency

Bonus (but powerful)

  • Experience using AI tools for reporting, automation, or analysis
