• The DevOps Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating scalable, secure,
• and highly available cloud infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystems. The role focuses on enabling
• efficient software delivery through automation, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps
• practices.
• The position requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, with
• responsibility for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized
• environments, and supporting cloud-native and hybrid systems. The engineer is expected to
• contribute to architectural decisions, implement best practices in observability and automation,
• and support system migrations to modern cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•  Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
•  Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
•  Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
•  Support and optimize cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
•  Provide L1–L3 technical support for data integration and banking systems
•  Monitor systems using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana, Check_MK
•  Perform server migrations (Windows Server 2008/2012 to modern/cloud platforms)
•  Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems
•  Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve delivery
•  Maintain IIS-based services, SSL integration, and SharePoint environments

Minimum Qualification Requirements

•  10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps practices
•  Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD implementation
•  Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker
•  Experience supporting banking or enterprise-grade systems
•  Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
•  Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana)
•  Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and migrations
•  Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and incidents
