Planning the allocation and storage of equipment and components in the warehouse, taking into account their characteristics and needs.
Determining the optimal level of equipment and component inventory to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Organizing the transportation of equipment and components between our locations.
Developing optimal delivery routes considering cost, time, and cargo characteristics.
Tracking and controlling delivery schedules, addressing emerging issues and delays.
Providing remote support services and hosting related activities to customers.
Conducting an analysis of logistic processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
Developing and implementing improvements in logistic operations with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
