About The Role

– investigate and resolve advanced incidents related to servers, networks and infrastructure;
– provide technical support for Linux servers and related services;
– troubleshoot hardware failures, performance issues and operating system problems;
– work with monitoring systems and react to alerts from server infrastructure;
– analyze logs, network behavior and system metrics to identify the source of problems;
– manage and maintain Linux environments using command-line tools;
– support cloud, virtualization and hosting-related technologies;
– communicate with customers and internal teams in written English;
– prepare clear technical summaries, escalation notes and incident reports;
– participate in improving support processes, documentation and troubleshooting standards.
