Support for SAP SD/CS (incidents and change requests)
SAP customizing, testing and debugging
Coordination of cross-module topics (SD/MM/WM)
Requirements gathering and support of change management
Work with Solution Manager and documentation
Improvement of service processes
Work is performed in an international team and requires the ability to communicate in English and German.
