Support of process teams on Danucem level
Audits of mills and set up of corrective actions
Continuously analyze equipment/system performance, document findings and propose solutions for improvements. Design new systems, equipment and procedures and propose modifications of existing ones for continuous process improvement. Commission and de-bottleneck new installations. Promote the increased use of AFR; provide comprehensive technical expertise to evaluate AFR with respect to its impact on the process; develop and implement solutions to eliminate/reduce impact of AFR on the process operation. Monitor performance and optimize operation of PCS preparing functional specifications of modifications and new installations.
Prepare quality and process improvements, define needed CAPEX requests and lead realization.
