This role focuses on delivering skill-based training programs and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). By leading and coordinating training initiatives, the Regional Training Manager will cultivate a motivated and knowledgeable workforce, drive compliance with operational standards, and ultimately elevate the overall guest experience.
