About The Role
The Sales Operations Executive plays a critical on-ground role in rebuilding, growing, and supporting the Malaysia business. This position ensures strong market coverage, consistent store visitation, enhanced retailer service levels, and efficient commercial & operational support. The role focuses heavily on field execution, relationship strengthening, and market recovery initiatives, especially across a wide geographical territory that includes both Peninsular and East Malaysia.
This role is essential in ensuring Malaysia receives adequate on-ground support to strengthen market execution, rebuild business relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth across regions.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Accounts: Visit retail partners across Malaysia (Klang Valley & outstation) to check stock and strengthen relationships.
- Analyze Sales: Track weekly sales numbers, monitor stock levels, and spot growth opportunities.
- Train & Motivate: Conduct product briefings for store staff and run sales incentive programs.
- Brand Display: Coordinate window displays, new product launches, and roadshows.
- Operations Support: Work with logistics and finance to ensure smooth stock delivery and manage budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Retail, sales operations, or account management experience.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for analyzing sales numbers.
- Willingness to travel across Malaysia for store visits.
- Organized, proactive, and ready to handle fast-paced retail operation
