  • Carry out confirmation with examination scheduling team to ensure examination schedule will be uploaded to BINUSMAYA two weeks before exam period
  • Carry out confirmation with examination scheduling team to ensure the implementation of thesis defense schedule is run well
  • Announce the thesis defense schedule to students
  • Conduct all activities that related to Formulir Isian ijazah (FII), that include:
  • Checked for changes in students FII and entry the changes to the system
  • Entry all the FII form that had been signed by students
  • Following up to student that haven’t submit their FII form up to deadline
  • Provide thesis examination schedule reminder (H-1) for thesis examiner
  • Prepare and check all document needed for thesis defense (e.g. softcover, attendance list, score form, etc.)
  • Support examination and thesis defense process by providing all necessary form and/or documents and facilities
  • Carry out confirmation with Biro Nilai to validate score and thesis defense result
  • Ensure overall data confidentiality and documentation of related examination activities
  • Monitor preparation and day-to-day operational service implementation for examination activities
  • Suggest improvement of information system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure overall examination activities comply with valid regulation and procedure
  • Inform and propose to student to take the class on their KRS
  • Assemble students to fill the class that still under minimum capacity (e.g., sending message info blast, gather them from class)
  • Ensure the KRSS and KRS submission is going smooth by:
  • Provide accurate information
  • Conduct KRSS and KRS filling test with IT Operation
  • Conduct confirmation with class scheduling team and guarantee schedule is accurate, correct, and accord with requirements
  • Evaluate and ensure that the result of data analysis from KRSS/KRS have been matched with student profile and requirements
  • Prepare documents required to conduct all activities related to registration process
  • Monitor the study plan registration process and timeline based on registration calendar
  • Validate student registration data
  • Ensure all student enrollment based on request form are correct and on time
  • Ensure the entire process of student enrollment are complete
  • Coordinate with scheduling officer for enrollment activities and constraints
  • Perform additional task as required by direct supervisor
  • Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
  • Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
  • Perform all activities related to Quality Management System
  • Suggest improvement process related to Student Services Center activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Record and maintain all documents related to Student Registration Administration

General Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Information Systems or related field

Work Exposure/Experience

  • Minimum 1 year or experience
