As the Manager of Technical Support, you'll lead a team of skilled Technical Support Engineers, work closely with the Country Site Director and APJ counterparts to establish a world-class global support model. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
- Supervise daily operations of technical support teams.
- Handle escalated issues and complaints.
- Create and maintain performance metrics.
- Conduct regular team meetings and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ability to grow the business

- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
- Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of company products/services.
- Performance measurement and reporting.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Employee scheduling and resource allocation.
- Compliance and regulatory knowledge.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
