About The Role
Paired is seeking an AI Graphic Designer to own static and lifestyle ad creative end-to-end for Google Ads campaigns (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax). This isn’t just design execution; you’ll research the market, define audience personas, create angles, then concept, design, generate, and ship.
You’ll build direct response statics that convert cold, top-of-funnel traffic and lifestyle imagery that performs across Google's placements.
