Senior Support Engineer

The Hardware Systems Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, testing, repairing, and validating next-generation AI compute hardware supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Go Big data centers. This role is a key member of the Commercial Repair Center, ensuring compute hardware is rapidly restored to production while driving continuous improvements in hardware reliability, diagnosability, and operational efficiency.

Working closely with Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Global Product Engineering, this individual performs advanced hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and physical repair of AI infrastructure, while providing technical feedback that improves future product quality and serviceability.
