About The Role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, has an opening for an Administrative Assistant, Facilities and Office Services, reporting to the Regional Director, Facilities and Office Services. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support as well as a wide range of administrative assistance to the Regional Director, Facilities and Office Services, local office facilities and local office administration to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of various office and firmwide initiatives. This position regularly interacts with clients and all levels of personnel throughout the firm.
This position will reside in our New York, New York office with an essential work schedule of 5 days per week. Flexibility with overtime is required.
What You'll Do
- Support daily office operations, including office moves, renovations, construction projects, and facilities programs with Open Blue software.
- Maintain facility safety documentation and coordinate building maintenance with property management, vendors, and internal teams.
- Partner with Firm and Local IT to resolve office and building infrastructure issues.
- Coordinate vendor services, contracts, renewals, and procurement activities.
- Support conference center, hospitality, mail, and copy center operations.
- Assist with office security systems and emergency preparedness planning.
- Track departmental budgets, expenses, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Facilities, Office Administration, Procurement, and Regional Directors to standardize processes and improve operations.
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office, conference room, hospitality, and branded supplies* Support daily office operations, including office moves, renovations, construction projects, and facilities programs.

Who we are looking for
- 3-5 years of administrative support experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Professional services industry experience a plus.

For positions in New York, NY, the salary range for this job posting is: $57,900.00 - $92,550.00.
The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
