Experience you’ll need to bring

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, Gamification, Retention, Product Marketing, or a similar role within iGaming;

• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention mechanics, and bonus systems;

• Experience working with segmentation and player data;
• -
• Experience designing promotions, missions, tournaments, or loyalty programs;
• -
• Comfortable working with BI tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
