Technical Manager JR

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Technical Manager Jr , starting in January 2026.

The tasks of the function include

• Field Trials and Agronomic Research

• Coordinate field trials of new products in partnership with research institutes.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and discuss results with the Agronomy Department.
• Facilitate the exchange of technical information and research findings with headquarters and other branches.

• Product Development and Innovation

• Present and validate new product concepts with selected customers.
• Support the development of new projects and identify business opportunities in the Brazilian market.

• Quality Assurance and Customer Support

• Monitor the quality of product arrivals in Brazil, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Provide technical advisory services to customers regarding the application and benefits of the company’s products.
• Assist in resolving customer claims related to product quality.

• Regulatory Compliance and Technical Documentation

• Support the Import Department in ensuring compliance with Brazilian fertilizer legislation (MAPA).
• Maintain technical responsibility for field trials and regulatory documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
• Degree in agronomy.
• Master's degree in areas related to soil fertility and crop production.
• PhD is desirable.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
• Strong agrobusiness background.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
• English is desirable intermediate level.
