About The Role

Overview

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking a detail-oriented Cash & Banking Administrator to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cash book, posting and allocating cash receipts, processing remittances, and completing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and allocate cash receipts accurately and promptly.
  • Process remittances, refunds and payment adjustments.
  • Complete bank reconciliations within agreed deadlines.
  • Investigate payment discrepancies and liaise with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records across finance systems.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements and excellent customer service standards.

About You

  • Previous experience in cash and banking or finance administration.
  • Bank reconciliation experience.
  • Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • SAP S/4HANA and healthcare finance experience would be advantageous.

Success in This Role

  • Maintaining unallocated cash levels within organisational targets.
  • Posting payments in line with agreed service levels and KPIs.
  • Ensuring bank reconciliations are completed accurately and in accordance with company policy.
