About The Role

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As a Quality Assurance Specialist in Member Services, you will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (CNO) tribal membership processes by reviewing applications, enforcing policies, and supporting legal and operational needs through analysis and process improvement. You will report to the Director.

Location: Durant

  • Schedule: Regular/Full-Time - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Wage access is an option for this position.
