What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to company recipes and standards.
• Wash, cut, portion, and organize ingredients for daily service.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Help maintain food quality, freshness, and proper storage procedures.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist the kitchen team wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Prep Cook or Kitchen Prep experience is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused during busy shifts.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Open availability for morning shifts , with flexibility to work some evening shifts .
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays .
