Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate grill station and maintain proper cooking temperatures
• Ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team and expeditor
• Prep ingredients and stock stations for service
• Monitor food quality and consistency throughout shift
• Assist with inventory and receiving as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or grill cook required
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Must have authorization to work in the US
