About The Role

The Lamination Tech r emoves all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs p attern cutting and rolling fiberglass .
Proper ly use s resin and putty .
Install s boxes, foam tanks and stringers
Grinds out small imperfections
Performs g eneral housekeeping .
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

A bility to work with a team
Able to use drills and hand sander
Able to follow instructions
