Ihre Aufgaben

• Fachliche Führung eines Teams im Bereich Wareneingang oder Warenausgang (ca. 10–20 Mitarbeitende)
• Koordination der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Prozessablaufs
• Überwachung von Qualität, Produktivität und KPI-Zielen
• Erstellung von Schicht- und Einsatzplänen in Abstimmung mit der Lagerleitung
• Einweisung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitender
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
• Analyse operativer Kennzahlen und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
• Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen (z. B. IT, Technik, HR)

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung; Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik von Vorteil
• Mindestens 6 Monate Führungserfahrung im Lagerumfeld oder vergleichbare Verantwortung
• Erfahrung im Bereich Wareneingang, Warenausgang, Retouren oder Value-Added Services
• Sicherer Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen (z. B. TOM)
• Organisationsstärke und ausgeprägte Teamführungsfähigkeit
• Problemlösungskompetenz und Belastbarkeit
• Deutsch oder Englisch auf arbeitsfähigem Niveau
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader (P2) to supervise inbound or outbound warehouse operations at our new logistics facility in Germany.
• Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Working Hours: Shift-based

Probation Period: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 10–20 warehouse operators (inbound or outbound)
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow execution
• Monitor productivity, quality standards, and KPI performance
• Support shift planning and workforce allocation
• Train and coach team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
• Act as liaison between warehouse operations and other departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma; logistics qualification preferred
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in warehouse operations
• Hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, returns, or value-added services
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., TOM)
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• German or English working proficiency
• Willingness to work shifts
