Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die operative Disposition im Lager (Ressourcenplanung, Personal- und Flächensteuerung)
• Planung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen zur Effizienzsteigerung
• Überwachung von Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) und Analyse operativer Abweichungen
• Steuerung und Koordination der Bereiche Wareneingang, Intralogistik, Warenausgang, Retouren oder Value-Added Services
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Gesamtprozesses im Tagesgeschäft
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitern (P2) sowie Schnittstellenabteilungen (IT, HR, Technik, Finance)
• Erstellung von Notfall- und Eskalationsplänen bei Engpässen oder Störungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung; Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder vergleichbar von Vorteil
• Mindestens 1 Jahr Betriebszugehörigkeit oder 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der operativen Lagersteuerung
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse Outbound, Retouren oder Value-Added Services in mindestens einem Bereich: Wareneingang, Inbound,
• Fähigkeit, einen operativen Bereich eigenständig zu verantworten
• Sicherer Umgang mit dem TOM-System sowie MS Office
• Verständnis für Arbeitssicherheit und grundlegende gesetzliche Vorschriften im Lagerumfeld
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
• Durchsetzungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch oder Englisch auf arbeitsfähigem Niveau

Position Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Dispatcher (P3) to oversee operational planning and resource allocation at our new logistics center in Germany.
• Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Working Hours: Shift-based (flexible)
• Probation Period: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage warehouse dispatching and operational resource allocation
• •Plan and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency
• •Monitor KPIs and analyze operational issues
• •Coordinate inbound, internal logistics, outbound, returns, and value-added services
• •Ensure smooth overall warehouse operations
• •Collaborate closely with Team Leaders (P2) and cross-functional departments
• •Develop contingency and emergency plans
• •Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements

Qualifications

• •High school diploma; logistics background preferred
• •Minimum 1 year of operational warehouse control experience
• •In-depth expertise in at least one functional area (inbound, outbound, returns, etc.)
• •Ability to independently manage one operational segment
• •Proficiency in TOM system and MS Office
• •Basic knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and legal compliance
• •Strong coordination and communication skills
• •German or English working proficiency
