Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
• Erfassung von Umsätzen, Kosten und betrieblichen Aufwendungen
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Erstellung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Finanzanalysen
• Verantwortung für steuerliche Meldungen (z. B. Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung) und Sicherstellung der Compliance mit deutschen Vorschriften
• Ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung von Finanzdokumenten und Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Headquarter-Finanzteam zur Umsetzung globaler Finanzrichtlinien
• Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Kostenkontrolle

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder vergleichbar
• 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung Arbeitsumfeld von Vorteil in der Finanzbuchhaltung; Erfahrung im deutschen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechnungslegung nach HGB sowie des deutschen Steuerrechts
• Erfahrung mit Finanzsoftware (z. B. SAP, DATEV oder QuickBooks)
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (beides Arbeitssprachen)

Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Finance Accountant (m/f/d) to manage the financial accounting and compliance of our new warehouse operation in Germany.
• Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Probation Period: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage daily accounting operations, including revenue, cost, and expense recording
• •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
• •Provide financial analysis and support business decision-making
• •Handle German tax filings (e.g., VAT returns) and ensure full compliance with local regulations
• •Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure data integrity
• •Collaborate closely with the headquarters finance team to implement global finance policies
• •Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• •2–3 years of accounting experience; experience in Germany preferred
• •Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and tax regulations
• •Experience with financial systems such as SAP, DATEV, or QuickBooks
• •Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• •Strong analytical and communication skills
• •Fluent in German and English (both working languages)
